Job Description

Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects from start to completion. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets and schedules. Support the procurement of materials and services needed for project execution. Monitor project progress and address issues that may arise during construction. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards on-site. Contribute to project meetings and provide updates to the project team.

A successful Construction Assistant Project Manager should have: experience with construction project management or coordination. Strong organizational and time management skills.
