We are expanding our sales operation and seeking 12 experienced, motivated B2B Sales Closers to join our remote team.

The Opportunity

We are looking for sales professionals who are comfortable speaking directly with business owners, identifying problems, handling objections, and closing sales over the telephone.

This is a results-driven, commission-only opportunity for individuals who are confident in their ability to sell.

You will be selling a business service that helps companies capture opportunities they may otherwise miss.

Compensation

$200 commission for every completed, qualifying paid sale.

$2,000 monthly performance bonus when you achieve 40 qualifying paid sales in a calendar month.

Commissions are paid weekly on Fridays, subject to verification and the independent contractor agreement.

No hourly wage, guaranteed salary, or recurring commissions.

No cap on the number of qualifying sales you can close.

Earnings examples:

10 sales = $2,000 in commissions.

20 sales = $4,000 in commissions.

40 sales = $8,000 in commissions + $2,000 bonus = $10,000.

These examples illustrate potential earnings, not guaranteed income. Actual compensation depends on completed qualifying sales.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound B2B telephone sales calls.

Speak professionally with business owners and decision-makers.

Identify problems caused by missed calls and lost business opportunities.

Explain the value of the GetCallsNow AI Receptionist service.

Demonstrate or direct prospects to the live AI receptionist demonstration.

Handle questions and sales objections confidently.

Close qualified prospects and guide them through the agreement and payment process.

Maintain accurate records in the company-provided CRM.

Follow up with interested prospects promptly.

Meet agreed-upon activity and sales performance expectations.

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience preferred.

Proven ability to close sales by telephone.

Experience selling to small-business owners or decision-makers.

Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

Comfortable working in a commission-only environment.

Reliable internet connection and a professional calling environment.

Ability to use a web-based CRM and follow established sales procedures.

Availability during U.S. business hours.
