About the Role

SGD Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT & Data Management

Specialist to support our day-to-day business operations. This role combines IT

administration, data management, account administration, and reporting to ensure our

systems, data, and employee access remain accurate, secure, and compliant.

Responsibilities

● Create, manage, and deactivate employee user accounts and passwords

● Manage system access permissions across multiple platforms

● Maintain accurate company databases and spreadsheets

● Prepare operational reports and data entry with a high level of accuracy

● Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies

● Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures

● Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding of employees

● Maintain records, documentation, and system inventories

● Support internal teams with account management and basic technical issues

● Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and operational processes

Qualifications

● Experience in IT administration, data management, systems administration, or a

related field

● Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills

● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

● Ability to manage confidential information responsibly

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

● Experience with user account management and access control

● Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with Google Workspace Admin or similar platforms

● Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices

● Experience working with CRMs and business management software

● Basic networking or IT support experience is a plus
