Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time School Psychologist for a school-based position in Springfield, VT for the 2026–2027 school year .

Position Details- Job Title: School Psychologist
- Location: Springfield, VT
- Schedule: Full-Time (5 days/week)
- Pay Rate: $54–$68/hour (based on experience)
- Setting: Public school / District Wide
- School Year: 2026–2027

- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Interpret assessment data and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Participate in eligibility determinations and IEP development
- Design and implement evidence-based interventions and supports
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and school-based problem-solving teams
- Provide consultation on behavioral strategies and classroom supports
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
- Valid Vermont School Psychologist License (or eligibility)
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and consultation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
