Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: $165,000–$170,000 base salary + $35,000 bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to lead enterprise RFP strategy while supporting pre-sales, discovery, and solution-development activities.

This position will own the end-to-end RFP process and help transform the RFP function into a competitive advantage. The successful candidate will help identify and pursue the right opportunities, develop differentiated responses, participate in customer discovery and pre-sales engagements, and collaborate across internal teams to align proposed solutions with customer requirements and organizational growth objectives.

The organization provides information-management and digital-transformation solutions across industries including higher education, healthcare, government, legal, finance, and human resources. Solutions include digital conversion, advanced data capture, document management, workflow automation, legacy data archiving, compliance and governance, business process management, analytics, document storage, scanning, and physical records management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end RFP and proposal development cycles.
• Develop RFP strategies that strengthen competitive positioning and support business growth.
• Evaluate opportunities and help determine which pursuits align with organizational capabilities and objectives.
• Participate in RFP responses, pre-sales demonstrations, and enterprise discovery engagements.
• Translate customer requirements into clear, compelling solution and proposal narratives.
• Shape solution recommendations around product capabilities, scalable approaches, and established best practices.
• Guide executive stakeholders from highly customized requests toward scalable solution adoption.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams throughout the pursuit and pre-sales process.
• Support solution alignment and scoping through the sales process without owning system configuration.
• Navigate complex enterprise buying processes and stakeholder requirements.
• Support sales enablement and go-to-market efforts associated with strategic opportunities.
• Maintain strong communication with executive-level internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in pre-sales, enterprise discovery, or complex software solutions consulting.
• Experience managing RFP cycles and working within complex enterprise buying processes.
• Strong sales acumen and/or program-management capabilities.
• Experience guiding stakeholders toward best-practice solution adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Executive-level communication skills and professional presence.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Implementation, and other cross-functional teams.
• Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

$165,000–$170,000 base salary plus a $35,000 bonus. Full benefits are provided.
