Flux Core/MIG Welder

Pay & Schedule

• $23-$26/hour
• Weekend Shift: Additional 10% shift differential
• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM, with overtime on Friday
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM, with overtime on Monday or Thursday

Job Overview We are hiring experienced Welders to fabricate and assemble overhead cranes in a manufacturing environment. This role involves MIG and Flux Core welding, reading blueprints, and working with steel fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on structural steel.
• Read blueprints and fabricate parts to specifications.
• Cut, fit, and assemble steel components.
• Operate fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with assembly and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements

• Experience with MIG and Flux Core welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong fabrication and mechanical skills.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and performing physical work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston Salem, NC.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Winston Salem,NC.
