Telesales Representative

Inside Sales Representative / Telemarketer - $20/hr to $30/hr + commissions! We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative / Telemarketer to join our growing commercial energy sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting business owners and decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and selling electricity and natural gas supply solutions to commercial customers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, comfortable making outbound calls, and driven by performance-based compensation. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective commercial customers to generate sales opportunities. Identify and engage business owners, office managers, and key decision-makers. Educate customers on electricity and natural gas supply options and explain the benefits of switching providers. Present pricing plans and contract terms in a clear and professional manner. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through daily calling activities. Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to maximize conversions. Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs. Stay informed about market trends, pricing changes, and industry regulations. Ensure compliance with all applicable sales and regulatory requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, call center sales, or business-to-business (B2B) sales preferred. Energy industry experience is a plus but not required. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset. Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software.
