Shift: Full Time, hours will vary based on business needsBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education ReimbursementSalary: $72,384 - $90,480 plus annual target bonusTerritory: Sausalito, San Anselmo, Novato, San Rafael & PetalumaIf you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer serviceTrain and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policiesEnsure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routesAssign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demandsConduct "work-withs", "go behinds", to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standardsOther projects or duties as assignedRequired Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experienceMust be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
