Caregiver – Immediate Start | Metro Atlanta Area Position: Caregiver – PCA/CNA Location: Metro Atlanta & Surrounding Areas Service Areas: Rockdale, Newton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Walton, Clayton, Henry, Fayette, Spalding, Douglas, Paulding, and Fulton Counties Schedule: Various Shifts Available Pay: $14–$16/hr Start: Immediate Start Job Description We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care and support to clients throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding communities. Our clients have a variety of care needs and may require assistance with daily routines, personal care, mobility, companionship, and other activities that help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. In this role, you’ll provide meaningful care while treating every client with respect, dignity, patience, and compassion. Care needs may range from light assistance and companionship to more hands-on support, depending on the client and their individual care plan. Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as required
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety
• Provide meal preparation and support with hydration and nutrition
• Provide medication reminders as appropriate
• Assist with light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Observe and report changes in client condition or needs
• Follow the client's care plan and assigned duties
• Maintain open communication with office staff
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Transport clients in the community when applicable

Requirements

• PCA or CNA experience, certification, or training as applicable to the position
• Current CPR & First Aid certification
• Current TB test or required TB documentation
• Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• Dependable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to provide dependable attendance
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff
