Phlebotomist III - Floater

Schedule: 6am-6pm

Why This Role Matters

As a float phlebotomist, you'll play a key role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple sites. Your adaptability, precision, and ability to connect with patients will directly contribute to accurate diagnostics and a positive patient experience.

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, and specimen collection for patients of all ages

• Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing

• Verify patient demographics and obtain required signatures to ensure proper identification

• Travel to and support multiple locations based on daily operational needs

• Maintain required documentation and follow established clinical procedures

• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a safe and professional environment

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections

• Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred

• Strong customer service and data entry skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites as needed

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing schedules

• Ability to meet compliance requirements
