UFC GYM Fitness Sales Manager

About the Role The Fitness Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth of our coaching programs while ensuring a premium experience for every member. The role entails selling training sessions, managing the "Turn-Over" process, and hitting revenue targets for private training and supplements. Key Responsibilities Own monthly revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements. Lead fitness tours, present training options, and close sales for training packages. Ensure a seamless hand‑off from the Sales team to the coaching staff so new members start immediately with a plan. Build a pipeline of clients through outreach, value‑building, and re‑signing current clients. Coach the fitness staff to deliver high‑energy sessions and meet brand standards. Act as the point of contact for member concerns and provide solutions that enhance the fitness journey. Oversee staff schedules and timekeeping to support a fully staffed gym. Implement and follow all UFC GYM company and club‑level policies and procedures. Maintain a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, and weekends, for a 7‑day operations. Qualifications Proven success in sales and a background in fitness, hospitality, or retail management. Strong communication skills, ability to handle objections, and build long‑term relationships. Current CPR/AED certification required; nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus. High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to lead tours and remain active on the fitness floor for extended periods.
