Eastern US Partner Growth Lead

We’re now hiring a Partner Development Manager (Eastern US Region) to strengthen and scale our partner ecosystem across the U.S. East region. Why this role matters This role exists to drive sustainable, profitable growth through Fortress’s partner network. You’ll translate regional sales priorities into focused partner engagement, ensuring distributors, integrators, and channel partners are aligned to the right markets, customers, and opportunities. Your success will be measured not just in revenue, but in the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of partner execution. What you’ll be doing Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for new and existing partners Build long‑term, high‑value relationships across distributors, integrators, and channel partners Provide technical guidance and lead joint sales calls to move opportunities through the Fortress sales process Develop and execute strategic partner business plans with clear objectives, KPIs, and revenue targets Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners aligned to regional and business goals Collaborate with Safety Services to design and deliver partner training on products and value proposition Work closely with marketing and sales on joint campaigns, lead generation, and co‑selling initiatives Monitor, analyse, and report on partner performance, delivering structured business reviews Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with partnership agreements Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Product Track market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to inform partnership strategy What we’re looking for Required experience and capabilities: Proven success in B2B sales or channel‑led growth within industrial automation, machinery safety, or related technical markets Demonstrated experience working with distributors, integrators, or channel partners Strong commercial judgement with the ability to align partner activity to regional sales strategy Data‑driven approach with experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and partner performance through CRM systems Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrix environment Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building, presentation, and negotiation skills Self‑motivated, results‑focused, and team‑oriented Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned U.S. region What’s in it for you A high‑impact sales leadership role with autonomy and trust Base salary $100,000–$115,000 plus OTE and car allowance Remote Based, with occasional meetings at our Erlanger, Kentucky office Must be commutable and able to travel regionally as required 24 days holiday per year plus 9 holiday office closures 401k matching and profit‑sharing potential Company car or car allowance (role and grade dependent) 14 weeks fully paid parental leave Group healthcare including medical, dental, and vision options Voluntary financial insurance benefits Employee Assistance Program Long service recognition Inclusion & belonging At Fortress, we don’t just accept difference — we celebrate it.
