If you bring all three, this is your seat. The Claims Coordinator is the backbone of operations: keeping customers informed, adjusters aligned, and the field operations structured. What We Offer $60-65K annual salary, based on experience Paid time off Paid training and certification support 401(k) Health insurance Career growth in a fast-growing restoration company, with room to expand as our carrier network grows What You’ll Do Manage Claims: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and adjusters on a loss. Confirm coverage and secure approvals for specialty equipment, dumpsters, and testing. Partner with our large-loss team and close jobs once paid. Customer Intake: Answer calls and accept program assignments on time. Be the customer's go-to contact regarding updates, status, and schedule. Coordinating: Schedule inspections and mitigation jobs by coordinating with customers, crews, subs, and vendors. Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule and dispatch crews accordingly. Job Documentation: Maintain job files, contacts, notes, and all communications. Qualifications 3+ years in restoration, insurance claims, or program/TPA work Solid knowledge of water/fire mitigation and typical timelines Established relationships with CT insurance professionals Experience working with adjusters on coverage, approvals, and documentation Strong writing and communication skills Highly organized and confident with CRM software and Microsoft 365 Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Attend our daily morning team meeting. Share rotating after-hours on-call coverage.
