About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty License: Registered Nurse State license or Compact license (No Temporary Licenses accepted) Certifications: AHA BLS, or American Red Cross Certification required Must-Have: - Associate degree in nursing - 2 years overall experience in specialty; however, 18 months of experience working under the highest level of professional license may be considered Description: This position requires the nurse to float to other units. The nurse must work holidays as required. Every other weekend is mandatory. The nurse will accept shifts of either 36 or 48 hours per week. Candidates should possess an associate degree in nursing. Certifications in AHA BLS or American Red Cross are required. The position requires a current state nurse license or a compact license, with no temporary licenses accepted. A minimum of 2 years of overall experience in the specialty is preferred; consideration may be given for 18 months of experience, provided there is 1 year of recent experience in the field.
