This full-time contract position for the 2026–2027 school year is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about serving pediatric populations across a broad spectrum of abilities and developmental stages. Caseloads are thoughtfully assigned, taking into account your experience and preferences. You’ll work with students whose needs range from moderate to profound, with opportunities for collaboration and continual professional growth.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license (or eligibility) in Louisiana
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience with pediatric populations, early childhood, or elementary-aged students
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with IEP process and school-based documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to students in grades K–12
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely student records and progress reports
• Adapt therapy approaches based on student needs and feedback
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
