Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily inbound and outbound operations. This position plays a key role in coordinating shipments, managing schedules, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery while providing strong customer service. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments (LTL and parcel) Manage dock schedules and shipment requirements Prepare freight quotes and obtain approvals Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or lost items Handle carrier claims and customer service inquiries Communicate with carriers to maintain service quality Qualifications 3+ years of logistics or production environment experience Experience with LTL and parcel shipping Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
