Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Expert proficiency and hands on experience in core Java, Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate), and microservices architecture
- Handson experience with Microservices, RESTful APIs, Apache Flink, and cloud technologies
- Strong hands-on experience of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor developers, setting standards for coding, testing, and documentation
- Design system architecture, develop high-quality code, and create technical documentation
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and manage unit testing and integration testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver projects on time
- Act as a technical authority, conducting code reviews and ensuring best coding practices for Java, Spring, and Microservices
