Job Title: Bilingual Full-Time Retail Sales Associate (Samsung Experience Consultant) Job Type: Regular Location: Best Buy 1511 - Pacoima, CA 91331 Overview Become a Bilingual Full-Time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America (SEA). Represent Samsung brands and drive consumer sales of phones, tablets, wearables and more in a Best Buy retail store. Key Responsibilities Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques. Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products that meet those needs. Build confidence in Samsung products for both customers and Best Buy employees as a brand evangelist. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to achieve key initiatives and goals. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis. Provide excellent customer and client service to customers and Best Buy employees. Ensure retail brand standards are met through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness. Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches. Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights. Maintain regular and prompt attendance and accurate daily reporting. Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals and maintain customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work weekend, evening, and high‑demand retail holidays.
