Dental Hygienist

Overview Premier Dental Partners O'Fallon is hiring a Dental Hygienist at 1630 Market Center Blvd. Suite 100 O'Fallon, Missouri 63368. Schedule and Compensation Build your own schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7 AM‑5 PM; Friday 7 AM‑2 PM. Full time minimum 30 hours for full benefits, part‑time benefits available. Compensation includes bi‑weekly hourly pay, daily pay option, daily and quarterly bonuses, a $10,000 welcome bonus, and covered loupes. Job Responsibilities Provide patient hygiene services, screening, documentation, and preventive care in a 2‑doctor practice using Dentrix electronic health record. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Missouri. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required). Excellent working knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and improve clinical skills. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds. Attendance at virtual or in‑person training sessions as required. Tuberculosis (TB) test required for all new hires.
