Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to cardiac patients, including those with Congestive Heart Failure and Acute Coronary Syndrome.
• Manage patient care for conditions such as arrhythmias, both pre and post-cardiac catheterization.
• Administer and monitor cardiac drips, vasoactive drips, and perform procedural sedation.
• Operate and manage telemetry equipment and perform dysrhythmia interpretation and management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and utilize rapid response protocols when necessary.
• Maintain detailed documentation in EPIC and ensure compliance with all health protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU, IMC, or Stepdown settings required.
• Valid RN license and ACLS and BLS certifications, NIHSS preferred.
• First-time travelers are welcome with appropriate nursing experience.
• Proficiency in managing BiPAP/CPAP, chest tubes, and tracheostomy care.
• Experience with cardiac catheterization procedures and post-care management.
• EPIC system experience required.
