Respiratory Therapy - Respiratory Therapist

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a RRT for a temporary assignment in Newport, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Job Title: RRT Location: Newport, Oregon Schedule: 7:00PM - 7:00AM x 3 Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $55 - $59/hr

Responsibilities for a RRT:

• Deliver treatment and diagnostic patient care services to critical and non-critical patients
• Provide respiratory care services across all age groups and patient populations
• Utilize evidence-based techniques related to the cardiopulmonary system
• Maintain current registration by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC-RRT)
• Maintain current state of Oregon Respiratory Care License
• Maintain current Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• Maintain ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications (required for PCH Respiratory Therapy)
• Apply a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in Respiratory Care
• Serve both critical and non-critical patient care settings
