Position Title: Assembler - 2nd Shift


Wage: $21.82/hour


Shift: 2nd


Hours: 4:30pm - 1:00am (Mon-Thur)

Assembler Responsibilities:
- Read and understand blueprints and routings to produce parts to required specifications.
- Ensure quality of all assemblies produced.
- Perform first-piece inspection and ongoing inspections.
- Perform routine maintenance and keep work area neat and clean.
- Follow all machine operation and machine guarding rules.
- Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality, and safety.


Requirements for Assembler:
- Ability to assemble manufactured and purchased parts into subassemblies or complete products.
- Equipped with necessary tools to perform job functions (tools provided by the site).
- Able to operate assembly equipment such as rivet machines, assembly presses, and power tools.
- Physical ability to:
- Stand, sit, and bend frequently.
- Push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs frequently.
- Reading and writing ability to follow work orders and prepare basic production reports.
- Adequate visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts.
- Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment properly.
