Outside Sales Representative - Building Materials

Job Description

A well-established building products company is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow their business in the Bradenton/Sarasota market. This is a great opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional with strong follow-up skills who enjoys building long-term contractor relationships and developing new business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and industry professionals
Prospect for new business and grow existing accounts
Prepare estimates, proposals, and product solutions
Conduct customer meetings and provide consultative sales support
Manage sales opportunities from prospecting through close

Qualifications:

2+ years of outside sales experience in building products, construction, or related industries
Proven track record of growing accounts and closing sales
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage a territory and work independently

Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission, full benefits, PTO, and excellent long-term career potential.
