Spray Operator to work in a Metal Fabrication Shop

We are looking for a dependable and team player for a plant in Spartanburg SC.
Spray operator duties involve loading rolls into a rack, measuring with micrometers, and prepping for the plasma spray process. They verify sizes during the run, and once complete the clean the roll up and place it in the box. Crane and micrometer experience are big pluses, but not necessary. A good dependable young person is perfect.
We've had alot of success recently with folks coming from construction backgrounds, oddly enough. I think they like the environment and dependability of our operation.
2nd shift is 2pm-10pm, 3rd shift is 10pm to 8am. Our 3rd shift is typically four 10 hr days. Lately its been 5-6 days, but we have been paying doubletime for those extra days. Looking to pay about $20 for this job.
