Riverside ECM Site Manager The Riverside ECM Site Manager plays a crucial role in providing strategic leadership and daily oversight of the Enhanced Care Management Program within a single office location. This position is responsible for driving the delivery of integrated, person-centered care for high-need, high-risk Medi-Cal beneficiaries. The manager will lead a team of Lead Care Managers, implement internal policies and workflows, make data-driven operational decisions, ensure compliance with regulations, and build strong partnerships with health plans and community organizations. The role requires a balance of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to maintain team accountability and foster a positive work environment. This position is ideal for a candidate who is both compassionate and firm, capable of motivating a team while upholding high standards.
