Data Entry Specialist

IDR is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves precise data input and management within a healthcare environment, supporting the organization’s electronic medical records system. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to perform efficiently under time-sensitive situations. Position Overview for the Data Entry Specialist Responsible for entering physician and facility information into the HCHB EMR system Ensures data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to production standards Collaborates with team members to maintain high-quality data entry processes Works onsite weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday Supports healthcare data management initiatives by maintaining precise records Requirements for the Data Entry Specialist: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to work well under various time-sensitive conditions Experience with MS Office applications such as Outlook and Teams is preferred Prior experience with healthcare or EMR systems is a plus Comfortable working onsite in Louisville, KY What's in it for you?
