Are you a seasoned CNC Machinist with a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Permanent CNC Machinist, you will be at the heart of our operations, utilizing your skills in 5-axis machining, grinding, and blueprint reading to create high-quality products that meet our rigorous standards. This position will challenge you to maintain tight tolerances and consistently deliver precision measurements. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a variety of tooling and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will include:

1. Operating and maintaining 5-axis CNC machines to produce high precision parts.
2. Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances.
3. Performing precision measurements to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
4. Utilizing various grinding techniques to refine and perfect parts.
5. Setting up, adjusting, and calibrating CNC machines and tooling for optimal performance.
6. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with machines and production processes.
7. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance productivity.
8. Adhering to all safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience with 5-axis machining, precision measurements, grinding, blueprint reading, and tooling.
3. Ability to maintain tight tolerances and produce high-quality, precision parts.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues with machines and production processes.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. A commitment to safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
7. Familiarity with various types of tooling and the ability to set up, adjust, and calibrate machines for optimal performance.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
