Mid-Level Test Engineer/AnalystOASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking a Mid-Level Test Engineer/Analyst to support our ARMY customer onsite at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. Job Responsibilities include: You will join a well-established team that supports the development, test, and fielding of tactical missile defense systems.The selected candidate will work with real-time hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) systems, tactical software & hardware, and digital representations of complex missile defense systems.Common tasks for this position include analysis tool design and development, and complex analysis on missile defense system and/or algorithm performance.The selected candidate will develop and maintain test cases to support software integration and system integration.The selected candidate may support a broad range of projects including performance analysis, modeling & simulation (M&S), post-flight reconstruction, and integration and risk reduction efforts.Apply practical engineering knowledge across a broad range of established system engineering principles, concepts, and methodsAnalyze and document results of test cases in software and hardware test report documentation.Develop system requirements to support system functionality.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or a highly related technical field. Years of experience may be substituted for a degree.3+ years of experience with sensor and/or system-level data analysis.Direct operational or test experience with Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) is required.Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, signal and data processing, electromagnetics, and/or system engineering using MATLAB or similar tools.Must have the ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations.Ability to develop and/or contribute to reports and briefings that explain complex system behaviors effectively to a broad range of audiences.Ability to multi-task and work effectively across multiple efforts.Up to 10% travel may be required.Preferred Requirements:Experience developing and/or improving complex analysis tools using MATLAB.Experience in real-time analysis using Linux/Windows Operating Systems.Experience with Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD).Experience in C, C++, Linux/Unix operating systems, and Microsoft Office.Required Education: Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Cyber, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other STEM discipline, however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree.Eligibility: Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
