Sales Manager

Texas Built Mobile Homes is growing fast, and we need a proven, high-energy leader to take the reins as our next Sales Manager. What you'll do

Lead, motivate, and develop your sales team to crush monthly goals, your leadership sets the tone for the whole lot. Own the store's performance: sales numbers, customer satisfaction, and day-to-day operations all roll up to you. Set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and celebrate wins - big and small. Use your industry knowledge to guide customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives. Be present and engaged - this role requires availability up to 6 days per week.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in mobile/manufactured homes or a closely related industry - this is a must. A natural leader who earns respect, inspires action, and builds team culture. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communicator - with your team, your customers, and ownership. Self-starter who doesn't need to be told twice and can operate with autonomy.
