Benefits: Paid training and ongoing support Company vehicle and work tools Free uniforms Health insurance Pay: $5,000.00 per month Job description: Job Type: Full-time Location: Sarasota, Florida 34234 Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (minimum 10 hours per day) Pay: $5,000 per month plus commission Pay Frequency: Monthly Job Overview NEPA Wholesale is seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Route Sales Representative to manage an assigned sales route. This position is responsible for servicing existing customers, generating new business, delivering products, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate route and inventory records. Key Responsibilities Visit and service assigned customers daily. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Generate leads and open new customer accounts. Promote Company products and identify opportunities to increase sales. Process customer orders and prepare accurate invoices. Deliver, load, and unload products. Collect payments and maintain accurate records. Manage route inventory, returns, credits, and daily sales activity. Safeguard Company products, payments, equipment, and documents. Complete required daily sales, inventory, collection, and route reports. Operate and maintain the Company vehicle safely. Follow all Company policies, procedures, and traffic laws. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must qualify for coverage under the company’s vehicle insurance. Authorization to work in the United States. Strong communication, sales, and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently and manage a daily route. Basic computer, mobile-device, and recordkeeping skills. Route sales, outside sales, delivery, collections, or customer-service experience is preferred. Ability to work the required Monday–Saturday schedule. Take-Home Vehicle and Parking Requirement This position requires the employee to take a Company vehicle home and securely store the vehicle and Company inventory overnight. The employee must have lawful access to a company- and insurance-approved secure parking location, such as a locked garage, gated private driveway or yard, or another secure location approved by the company. The parking location must: Legally permit parking of the assigned company vehicle; Provide reasonable protection against theft and unauthorized access; Comply with applicable lease, property, HOA, zoning, and parking rules; and Be used with permission from the property owner or other authorized person. Street parking and unsecured public parking may not be approved. Applicants who do not have secure parking at their residence may propose another secure parking arrangement for company and insurance approval. Physical Requirements Ability to drive and travel throughout the assigned territory daily. Ability to frequently enter and exit the company vehicle. Ability to load, unload, lift, carry, and move products as required. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand, and walk throughout the workday. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in varied weather conditions.
