Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro, a fast-paced, team-oriented automotive dealership, is looking for a Full Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you're ready to contribute to a customer-centric team, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner as the first point of contactAnswer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information to customersPerform light administrative tasks and data entry as neededHandle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in processing paymentsSchedule appointments for service or sales, managing appointment calendars efficientlyMaintain a clean and welcoming reception areaSupport various departments with administrative duties as necessaryFoster positive relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfactionCollaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experienceQualifications: High school diploma or equivalentExceptional communication and phone etiquette skillsStrong customer service orientation with a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with computers and basic office software (Google Suite, and dealership specific systems)Professional appearance and demeanorPrevious experience as a receptionist or other customer-facing role is a plus Why Choose Nucar?Growth Opportunities: We believe in promoting from within.
