Pay Rate: $20-21/HR on W2 Location: 333 Coney Street, East Walpole MA - M-F 8-5
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances/Team Overview: Reporting to the HM Resource's typical working day: - Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor - Well-dressed and presentable - Greets visitors, distributes badges, and manages sign-in - Handles incoming calls - Prepares and sets up meeting rooms - Supports other general administrative tasks as needed
Must Have Skills: - Strong Communication Skills – Clear, professional verbal and written communication - Collaboration – Works well with others and supports team goals - Professionalism – Maintains a polished appearance and respectful demeanor
Years of Experience: 0-2 years and/or related experience
Education: GED or HS
Software skills: - Basic Computer Functions - Microsoft 365 Suite: Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams for productivity and collaboration
