Medical Receptionist

Front Desk ReceptionistBay State Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Full time - 40 hours per week. In this role, you will be the front office point person, handling scheduling and day-to-day workflow. You will oversee the check-in/out process, ensuring it's fast, friendly, and accurate, and you will act as the go-to for insurance verifications, authorizations, and co-pay collections. You'll be the engine that keeps our clinic running smoothly and ensures every patient feels seen and heard. Experience in a medical front office role preferred. At the Norwood clinic, we have a tight knit staff who work together as a cohesive unit to support our patients and each other. Our clinic houses great equipment and a water treadmill that we use 3-5x per week, which is a big selling point for patients!
