We specialize in Botox, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, facials, microneedling, and other treatments designed to enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Position Summary The Part-Time Medspa Receptionist & Client Experience Coordinator will manage the front desk, support client communication, assist with lead follow-up, promote memberships, and help maintain a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, confident on the phone, comfortable discussing services and memberships, and able to manage several responsibilities with attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional check-in and checkout experience Schedule and confirm appointments, process payments, and answer calls and messages Follow up with new leads and reconnect with clients who have not visited recently Educate clients about memberships, promotions, rewards, and referral programs Encourage rebooking and request Google reviews from satisfied clients Assist with social media posts, stories, and approved client content Keep the front desk and common areas clean, organized, and welcoming Protect client confidentiality and support the daily needs of the practice Administrative Support Monitor voicemail, email, online booking requests, and text messages Review the schedule for missing forms, deposits, or confirmations Maintain client records and update contact information Track supplies and notify management when items need to be reordered Assist with opening and closing front-desk procedures Complete other reasonable administrative duties that support the practice Qualifications Previous receptionist, customer service, sales, hospitality, spa, or medical office experience preferred Excellent phone, written, and in-person communication skills Friendly, professional, dependable, and well-organized Comfortable discussing pricing and confidently presenting memberships and packages Able to follow scripts while still sounding warm and natural Comfortable using scheduling software, email, text messaging, and social media Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Interest in skincare, wellness, beauty, or medical aesthetics Must be punctual and available for four 6-hour shifts per week What We Offer Welcoming and supportive work environment Training on services, memberships, policies, and client communication Opportunity to grow with Skin Defyne Medspa Employee discounts on treatments and skincare products Performance incentives may be available based on membership sales, rebooking, lead conversion, and client retention #J-18808-Ljbffr Skin Defyne Medspa
