Successful candidates will be self-starters who can interpret operating policies and exercise independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and implement office services such as payroll, purchasing, records control, projects and budget accounting operationsAssist with invoice distribution, purchase orders and codingAnalyze unit operating practices such as record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, personnel requirements, creating new systems or revising established proceduresInterpret and communicate operating policiesCoordinate collection and preparation of financial and operations reportsParticipate in interviews of job applicants and conduct orientations of new employees as neededLocate and compile information and format reports, graphs, tables, records and other sources of informationAssemble and categorize facts and figures for written computation and calculationsAssist with special events planningOperate personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support softwareUse various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reportsOther duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent2 + years of administrative assistant experience or relevant work experienceProficiency in MS (Microsoft) OfficeExcellent communication, networking, computer skillsAbility to maintain positive working relationships and to work as part of a teamAble to work 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime as neededEligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.Preferred RequirementsOracle or SAP experience preferred but not required.Experience in using computer and computer programs daily.Base Pay19.00 - 37.08 USD Hourly Bonus: 10%The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position.
