Schafer Manufacturing Co is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Processing Assistant to join our team. This position supports remote work, providing flexibility and work-life balance for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and input data accurately and efficiently into our database systems
- Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity and completeness
- Support data analysis and reporting efforts by creating and maintaining spreadsheets and reports
- Assist in the development and implementation of data processing procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot data-related issues and provide solutions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
