Senior Talent Partner Drive org design & growth
Whop
Whop is seeking a senior Talent Partner to align people strategy with business goals and partner with the Chief People and Talent Officer. You will learn how the business makes money, understand team needs, and translate them into actionable people plans.
You will run performance, calibration, promotions, and engagement cycles, coach leaders, handle complex employee relations, and connect hiring plans with finance and legal. This is an in-office, fast-moving environment.
