2+ years of restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours – we’re a 24/7, 365-day operation!
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Dependable, proactive, and guest-focused mindset.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations.
Conduct walk-throughs to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.
Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and cost control measures.
Train and develop employees to uphold brand standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns.
Recruit, staff, and schedule team members efficiently.
