The successful candidates will collaborate with a highly experienced trial attorney on a broad spectrum of individual and class action cases. Flexible options, including hybrid opportunities, are available for successful candidates. Responsibilities Collaborate with a senior trial attorney on individual and class action litigation. Assist with research, briefing, and preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials. Provide persuasive written and oral arguments in court. Handle assignments with minimal supervision. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of litigation experience. Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills. Strong academic background and research proficiency. Self‑starter who can manage work independently. Licensed and admitted to practice in South Carolina.
