The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable transactions accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities - Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests. - Match purchase orders, invoices, and payment vouchers. - Prepare and process electronic payments and checks. - Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions. - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies. - Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries. - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. - Assist in integrating new capabilities as they become available. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and procedures. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred. - Previous experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting role.
