Overview Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role, Logistics Manager. A leading global manufacturer of advanced automotive components is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead logistics operations at its manufacturing facility in Central Alabama. A well-established international organization supplies major automotive OEMs and is recognized for its strong culture, long-term stability, investment in advanced technologies, and commitment to operational excellence. Responsibilities The Logistics Manager will lead all aspects of logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory control, material flow, shipping, receiving, transportation, and customer delivery performance. In addition, it plays a critical role in driving inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility. Key Qualifications Leadership experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment Strong SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) expertise Background in inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and material flow management Proven success improving delivery performance and customer satisfaction Experience building high-performing teams and driving operational accountability Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred Compensation and Benefits Outstanding compensation that includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, career growth with a globally recognized manufacturer.
