divh2Warehouse Team Lead/h2pUnder minimal supervision from a Production Supervisor, a Warehouse Team Lead directs the daily activities of the processors, sorters, material handlers, and forklift drivers such that client products flow smoothly through the area and are processed in an efficient and timely manner./ph3Primary Accountabilities:/h3ulliHave a thorough understanding of the standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the assigned department/liliSelect RMAs/orders to be processed; locate missing boxes/liliManage the controlled substance log for controlled substances found in Rx orders/liliManage the controlled substance mobile cart, as needed/liliManage downstream tasks to keep the processing line clear and flowing efficiently./liliDelete I-tags as required/liliManage the broken bottle log/liliCommit to meeting all client goals/liliEnsure changeovers are completed on or before the scheduled date by selecting the appropriate GPOs/orders to be processed, while committing to meeting all client goals./liliAttend to processor errors by going over each error with the associate that directly caused the error to occur/liliEscalate significant events to the Supervisor (i.e., diversion, adverse events, system slow down, etc.)/liliEnsure associates receive adequate training by leveraging Warehouse Trainers. Supervisors will lead this effort, with Team Leads providing input based on their oversight of workflow./liliWork with Quality Control department to address quality issues/liliUnderstand the importance of productivity and meeting the individual and company goals and client SLAs/liliManage ASN NR hold reprocessing/liliDemonstrate excellence in job performance, attendance, safety, and compliance with all policies and procedures to serve as a role model for associates/liliMaintain a clean and organized work area/liliOccasionally sit in on SDMs in the absence of Supervisor/li/ulh3Additional Responsibilities:/h3ulliPerforms other duties as assigned/liliComplies with all policies and standards/li/ulh3Required Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh School Diploma (or its equivalent) required/liliAt least 2 years of work experience in a warehouse or production job; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the responsibilities of this position required/liliWorking knowledge of computers; ability to enter data in 10 key fashion/liliStrong understanding of Microsoft Office and Google suites/liliExcellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills/liliBilingual (Spanish/English), highly preferred/liliAbility to successfully execute multiple tasks simultaneously; to work efficiently and meet deadlines in an atmosphere of frequent interruptions/liliAble to work under time pressure and meet production goals; able to work more than 8 hours per day (over-time) as needed/liliAbility to work independently and in a team environment/liliAbility to maintain professionalism at all times and manage confidential information appropriately/liliAble to follow standard operation and safety procedures/liliAble to work in an environment that is not climate controlled/li/ulh3Physical Demands/h3pThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the major job responsibilities (essential functions) of this job.
