Student Ministry Worship + Creative Director

OVERVIEW OF POSITIONRidge Students is looking for a key team member as part of a growing ministry! We’re praying for someone who’s ready to use their God-given gifts and passion for worship ministry to lead the next generation. This position helps build a healthy worship culture where God is glorified with excellence and creativity. Join our team as we seek to empower students to own their faith through genuine worship and creative opportunities.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESLead the Student Worship Ministry (25 hrs/wk)Create effective weekly worship environments at the Bee Cave CampusRecruit and train volunteers, leaders, and students for MS and HS servicesManage service planning through PCODevelop and disciple the next generation of worship leadersHelp shape culture in/around the worship team and across campusesOversee production elements and equipmentManage worship and production for camps and retreatsOther duties as assignedSupply Student Ministry Creative Needs (15 hrs/wk)Partner with student team to execute vision for weekly programming including games/hosting/tech/etc.Create graphic and video content for social media, programming, and eventsWork with communications team at Austin Ridge to support large events and communicationBuild a team of creatives and develop students who have similar passionsHelp oversee production/graphics/music at our camps, trips, and retreatsFind creative elements that can help engage studentsQUALIFICATIONSMature, growing disciple with a consistent devotional lifeMeets the spiritual qualifications found in I Timothy, Titus, and I PeterExperience and enthusiasm for ministering to students and their familiesPassionate about engaging students with the Gospel through worship and programsAbility to work on a team towards specific goalsAbility to work on multiple tasks, be flexible, and work with little supervisionCapable and influencing team leader with strong interpersonal skillsFamiliar with current trends related to students, parents, and familiesSelf-motivated, strategic thinker, with strong artistic skillsIt is expected that this person is now or will become an active member of ARBCAgrees with and commits to ARBC’s Statement of FaithMust pass a background check #J-18808-Ljbffr
