Large Format Print Operator

Are you passionate about bringing bold graphics and creative visions to life? Join our production team as a Large Format Print Operator, where you'll work with state-of-the-art large-format digital printing equipment, including flatbed and roll printers, to produce high-quality visual solutions.

In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating digital printing equipment, performing pre-production quality checks, and ensuring every project meets our high standards for color accuracy, print quality, and production efficiency. You'll work on a variety of exciting projects and play a key role in delivering exceptional products to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Operate large-format digital printers, including flatbed and roll-to-roll equipment.
• Prepare and set up jobs to ensure optimal machine performance and print quality.
• Conduct pre-production inspections, verifying machine setup, ink viscosity, color consistency, and overall quality standards.
• Monitor production output and troubleshoot equipment or print-related issues as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and customer expectations.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, project volumes, and production requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with large-format printing, assembly, and finishing processes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Proficiency with computers and digital tools, including file management, production software, email, and workflow systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• The ability to accurately distinguish colors and maintain color consistency.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Solid math skills with confidence in measurements, calculations, and production specifications.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic production environment.
