As a Production Associate, you'll be a key part of the manufacturing process, ensuring finished products are packaged efficiently and safely as they move through advanced automated production systems.

• Package and palletize finished paper rolls
• Apply protective plastic wrapping to products coming off the production line
• Monitor products moving through automated packaging equipment
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Work alongside a teammate to achieve daily production goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, and kneeling
• Lift and move up to 20 pounds regularly
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production setting

• Day Shift: Monday - Wednesday: 6:50 AM - 6:50 PM & Thursday: 6:50 AM - 3:00 PM
• Night Shift: Monday - Wednesday: 6:50 PM - 6:50 AM
• Overtime available!

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, CO.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
