Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado in Denver, CO seeks a Site Based Program Specialist to support mentoring programs, manage events, interviews, match introductions, and provide match support, while upholding child safety and agency standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (or 1–2 years in youth development), CPR/First Aid, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, and strong organization, communication, and data-driven skills.
