Service Advisor Position

Crestview Cadillac is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Rochester Hills, MI. In this role, you will be the liaison between our service department and our valued customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing expert advice, and coordinating service appointments to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and identify their service needs clearly and accurately
Provide detailed vehicle service explanations, cost estimates, and timelines
Schedule service appointments and maintain communication throughout the service process
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
Process service orders, inspections, and invoices accurately
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs to assist customers effectively
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
Promote additional services and products based on customer needs

Requirements

Previous experience as a Service Advisor required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency with computer systems and service management software
Ability to explain complex technical information clearly to customers
Problem-solving skills and detail-oriented approach
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
