About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Performance and Accountability Officer (CPAO) to spearhead a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing the transparency, accountability, and effectiveness of government services. The successful candidate will be a key leader in championing data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, and continuous improvement across all departments. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company delivers high-quality, efficient, and equitable services to its residents.
