Job Responsibilities

• Create Customized Rehabilitation Plans: Assess patient needs and tailor therapy strategies to facilitate their functional goals.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive, integrated care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide families in therapy techniques to support ongoing improvement in patients' daily lives.
• Assess and Document Progress: Regularly monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed to maintain patient progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ongoing education or post-grad certifications are encouraged and supported by our facility.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
