The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 3-5 Years of Experience in the Field.
• Power the execution of marketing platforms and technologies (CDP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analytics) ensuring data connectivity that enables marketing to build and automate journeys and event-based triggers, segmentation and real-time personalization

• Expertise in Marketing Cloud Tools

• Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder

• Experience in creating and optimizing AMPscript and SSJS scripts, HTML/CSS, JavaScript for dynamic content and personalization.

• Email service platform provider (ESP) knowledge, systems, information technology a plus (specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM)

• Support CDP test plan and launch - ensure data accessibility for marketing automation system

• Represent marketing automation in CRM migration (day 2) discussions in partnership with marketing automation

• Experience with Integrate Marketing Cloud with CRM, Analytics platforms, ETL Tools using APIs (REST, SOAP) and Marketing Cloud Connect

• Design and implement data extensions, data models, and segmentation strategies

• Familiar with Email compliance, DKIM configurations

• Experience in creating Lightning Email Templates in Sales cloud - good to have

• Experience in dev tools Salesforce DX, building automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC implementations
• Snowflake knowledge

• Ability to set up an API call

• SQL Query experience is a plus

• Ability to closely partner and collaborate with Digital Product Delivery, marketing automation and technology teams

• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, releases, and trends in digital marketing and email marketing

• Ability to continuously develop and improve process / infrastructure within a constantly evolving team

The hourly pay rate range for this position is between $60-$70 per hour.


Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.


Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
